Our function rooms
A two hundred year-old doorway in the Lorraine style that leads from the bar to the restaurant is a reminder of the long historic tradition of this establishment in providing a warm welcome; a tradition that contributes to its reputation. This gastronomic restaurant was entirely renovated in January 2020. Our chef offers seasonal dishes made from fresh market produce, where the food and wine pairing may surprise you.
The Foyer, serving as a gallery for displaying the work of artists sponsored by Members, often transforms into a real miniature exposition.
It is also the entrance salon for greeting guests or meeting members.
Designed to create an cosy atmosphere in a traditional British style, our bar invites you to relax. You can choose from a wide selection of aperitifs and after dinner digestives, refined liqueurs, sparkling cocktails, beers and wines alongside an international selection of whiskies, rums, gins and others brands. Tell us what you would like and we will adapt ourselves to your taste.
The library plays an important role in the life of the Club. It is here that the cultural events proposed by the Cercle Munster take place, such as conferences, film projections, chamber music concerts, jazz sessions and poetry evenings. Our members meet up in the here to play bridge or chess. It is also available for aperitifs and private receptions.
The private dining rooms and salons at the Cercle Munster offer Members and their guests an exceptional venues in which to organize seminars, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and cocktail receptions.
Entirely renovated in 2018, the brasserie boasts a magnificent veranda and a “Wine lounge”, sublimated by a steel and crystal glass wine cellar. The brasserie is a relaxed venue, ideal for enjoying a good bottle of wine or dinner with friends. During the Summer, the shaded veranda overlooking the river Alzette provides a welcome break at any time of the day.
Dress code and regulation
The Cercle Munster requires its Members and their guests to respect a dress code. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anybody who does not respect the code and kindly requests that you inform your guests.
Members may invite guests; however, no guest will be admitted if the inviting Member is not present. The inviting Member is responsible for ensuring that the guest is aware of this. Members and their guests must observe a dress code that is appropriate to their surroundings.
